Kenny Chung is the Executive Vice-President for Commercial Real Estate at Hong Kong Realty Management, Inc. He has extensive experience investing in and managing multiple types of real property such as retail, industrial, multi-family, and office. Kenny is a licensed California Attorney and Realtor. He holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designations.
Kenny earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, a master’s degree from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. While at UCLA Law, he studied abroad at Peking University Law School in Beijing, China. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Wing Dupont is a former Miss Hong Kong and the Chief Financial Officer of DSC Laser & Skin Care Center. She is a graduate of the Management Development for Entrepreneurs program at UCLA Anderson School of Management and also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. With a diverse background spanning finance, entertainment, and personal development, Wing is a well-rounded and recognizable actress, MC host, and published author.
Known for her warmth, relatability, and global appeal, Wing has a unique ability to connect with audiences through both her dramatic performances and engaging presence on screen. Her acting is rooted in authenticity and enriched by a wealth of life experience, allowing her to bring characters to life with emotional depth and sincerity.
Beyond the screen, Wing inspires thousands through her YouTube channel @wing4u782, where she shares life wisdom, motivation, and health tips. As an author, she has published three books: “How to Keep Fit and Maintain It,” “Wing’s Parenting Book,” and “How to Live a Beautiful Life”—each reflecting her passion for wellness, family, and living with intention.

Contest Chair & Team Manager
Tom Eng was born at the former French Hospital in Los Angeles Chinatown, delivered by Dr. Julius Sue. He grew up in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles while helping in his family’s Chinese laundry and takeout restaurant.
After graduating from UCLA with a degree in civil engineering, Tom worked for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works. In 1984, he volunteered at the LA Olympics as a marathon course marshal, which inspired his long involvement with the LA Chinatown Firecracker Run. He later served on the committee and became Race Director in 1991.
Tom has been active with numerous community organizations, including Friends of the Chinatown Library, the Chinese Historical Society of Southern California, the Chinatown Public Safety Association, OCA, MANAA, the Chinese American Museum, and CACA, serving on several boards.
A longtime supporter of the Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant, Tom has attended since 1984 and joined the chaperone team in 1991. He has photographed key court moments and traveled on twelve goodwill trips. After more than 40 years with Los Angeles County, Tom is now retired and continues managing family properties while staying active in the community.
Rainbow Kan brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, having begun her career at Bank of America in 2007. She currently serves as First Vice President and Branch Manager of Cathay Bank’s Los Angeles Main Branch, where she is recognized for her relationship‑driven leadership and her dedication to supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community organizations.
Throughout her career, Rainbow has held leadership roles at several major financial institutions, developing extensive expertise in banking, finance, and merchant services. She is especially passionate about helping small and medium‑sized businesses grow by using financial strategies and technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable long‑term success. Her work has helped thousands of merchants strengthen their businesses and navigate an evolving economic landscape.
As a Board Member, Rainbow is honored to contribute her professional insight and deep connections within the business community to advance the Chamber’s mission of promoting economic development, entrepreneurship, and cultural preservation. She is a strong advocate for minority‑owned businesses and collaborative partnerships that foster opportunity and growth.
Outside of her professional and community involvement, Rainbow enjoys exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, reflecting her belief in the power of connection, collaboration, and cross‑cultural understanding.
Fernando Lau
Fernando Lau, born in Hong Kong and now a U.S. citizen of Chinese heritage, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hanmei International Group. With an extensive background in international trade, retail, and beauty & wellness, he has built a diversified business portfolio that bridges Asia and North America. Through strategic vision, operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and innovation, Fernando has positioned Hanmei International as a modern enterprise group with both global reach and local depth.
Fernando’s entrepreneurial journey began with cross-border trade. Recognizing the scale of Chinese manufacturing and the demand potential of the U.S. consumer market, he established an integrated supply chain that connects production resources with distribution channels. Over time, he expanded operations by setting up manufacturing facilities and import–export companies in Mainland China, thereby creating a vertically integrated model that covers product design, production, wholesale, and international logistics.
This structure not only enhanced quality control and cost efficiency but also allowed the group to adapt flexibly to shifting global market demands.
In addition to wholesale and trade, Fernando is the founder of Crazy 99 Plus, a discount retail concept rooted in affordability, convenience, and product diversity. It offers a wide range of household goods, gifts, snacks, novelties and other fun bargain items in a one-stop shopping environment.
Kit Man Shum
Kit Man Shum is the Chief Consultant and Principal Administrator of DSC Laser & Skin Care Center, a comprehensive medical spa in San Gabriel, California, founded in 2005 with her husband, Tony K. Shum, MD. A Registered Cosmetician licensed by the California State Board, she is also the creator of the DSC skincare line, reflecting her lifelong passion for beauty, wellness, and skin health. She began her career in the beauty industry in 1987 and founded San Marino Enterprises, Inc. in 1991, which developed and distributed the DSC skincare line across the United States and later expanded to Asia. A recognized business leader, she received the 2016 Outstanding Achievement Award from the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women – Southern California Chapter.
For over 25 years, Kit Man has been deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered extensively with Herald Christian Health Center, where she now serves on the board of directors, and supports cancer patients through the Look Good Feel Better program as Southern California’s first bilingual Chinese-English volunteer makeup instructor. She also directs a portion of DSC proceeds to Chinese Christian Herald Crusades (CCHC), supporting orphanages and charitable health initiatives. Her professional expertise, leadership, and commitment to giving back have made her a respected figure in both the beauty industry and the wider community.

Willie So
蘇家耀
Willie So is the Sales Director and second-generation family business owner of Solstice Medicine Company 蘇氏藥業. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Willie brings both deep local roots and a forward-thinking perspective to the company’s continued growth. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Where he built a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, and operations.
Carrying on his family’s entrepreneurial legacy, Willie is passionate about strengthening connections within the Los Angeles Asian business community. Through his involvement with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles, he aspires to expand networks and provide meaningful resources that empower local Asian business owners to better serve the Chinese and broader Asian communities.
Eliza Tsui
Ms. Eliza Tsui has been in the hospitality industry for over 18 years, and currently is a Business Consultant for the Art District Los Angeles Regional Center, with Art District Center LLC . She has been a Board Member of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles since 2002 and leads business development roles for the Chamber among its Chinese constituent members. She also previously served as the Director of Mandarin Club of Hilton Universal City (1998-2004), Director of Catering for Hilton San Gabriel from (2004-2010), and Director of Catering for LA Grand Downtown (2010-2011).
Xiao Liu Winter
Xiao Qiao Liu Winter is the founder of Global Asian Media & Entertainment (GAME), established in 2022, which brings together top creative talents to produce globally marketable entertainment with a focus on Asian culture. She also founded The Chinawood in 2014, a company that bridges international productions between China and the U.S. Xiao has extensive experience in talent management and media production, having previously worked at Entertainment Creative Interface and South Hollywood Production. She holds a BFA from the Academy of Art University and a business degree from Luzlau, Switzerland.
Ada has dedicated most of her life to serving the Chinese American and local communities. Her unwavering support and involvement in numerous organizations reflect her deep commitment to advancing Chinese American businesses, youth, and the broader community.
Professionally, Ada retired as a Sales Account Manager for Cathay Pacific Airways. She served as President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles from 2000 to 2004 and as Chairman from 2004 to 2008. She currently holds the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus. Ada is also an active member of the Community Advisory Board of the Asian Youth Center and a Founding Member of the Global Council for the Asian Hall of Fame.
In addition to her leadership roles, Ada volunteers with the USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation for events like the Crystal Ball and Mardi Gras, supports Helping Hands and Church in the Park at Pasadena Nazarene Church, and contributes to the Spiritual Care Guild of L.A. Children’s Hospital.
