Jeremy Chan
Jeremy Chan is a land-use and environmental attorney, and development project manager representing domestic and international developers and investors throughout the entitlement process from initial diligence to final approval.
While at Mayer Brown LLP and Liner LLP (currently DLA Piper), he assisted clients in understanding local land-use regulations, preparing entitlement applications and materials, ensuring California Environmental Quality Act compliance, performing public outreach, and presenting at public hearings with a focus on developments in Downtown Los Angeles, the Arts District, Hollywood, Koreatown, Mid-Wilshire, and West Los Angeles. He has managed architects, engineers, traffic consultants, environmental scientists, and media relations professionals to facilitate and expedite entitlement approvals for entitling over 75 projects, including high-rise commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use developments; multi-acre commercial projects; small lot subdivisions; hotels; and private schools.
Jeremy holds a JD from Loyola Law School, and a BA from the University of California, Riverside. He is a board member and secretary of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles.
