Vivian Huang

Vivian Huang is the Director of Human Resources for the Cherng Family Trust, the family office responsible for the finances, investments and charitable initiatives of the founders of Panda Express. She is currently responsible for developing and coaching leadership, partnering in people planning, executing staffing plans and providing training to leadership and associates. Vivian previously led talent acquisition at Bank of Hope and spent the past decade in the talent acquisition space, developing strategic sourcing and recruiting practices to recruit top talent for various financial services institutions. Vivian holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Riverside and earned her Professional Human Resources Certificate from The Society for Human Resources Management and Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She also sits on the board of the Korean American Coalition.
